Objectives:
- Support faculty achieving high-level teaching performance
- Structure and support faculty efforts at curricular innovation
- Create a pre-tenure faculty cohort around teaching and learning
- Scaffold professional pedagogical development of faculty towards tenure dossier
Participation Expectations:
- Participation in Colloquium meetings and Workshops
- Participation in CTL SGIF
- Completion of asynchronous modules
- Participation in Formative Classroom Observation
- Timely submission of deliverables
The Colloquium is structed around two semester-long units that need to be taken in order. However, recognizing the possibility of faculty leaves during these years, the units do not need to be taken consecutively.
