The First-Year Faculty Colloquium aims to provide continued support for faculty who have completed the Learning Innovation Fellowship (LIF) as they transition into their first year of teaching at DKU. Spanning the academic year, the Colloquium encourages reflective practice grounded in real classroom experience and fosters a supportive community where new faculty can share challenges, exchange ideas, and explore solutions together. It also serves to scaffold the professional development of early-career faculty. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a DKU Certificate in Innovative Curriculum Design and Pedagogy. The Colloquium is jointly facilitated by Yitzhak Lewis, Faculty Coordinator for Teaching and Learning, and the CTL.
